The location of the hotel is incredible, situated on the quieter Nam Khan River which converges with the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Luang Prabang. It provides a serene and picturesque view that is hard to find elsewhere. The staff are extremely helpful and always available at the 24-hour front desk. They assisted me with laundry, car rental, and currency exchange, making my stay even more convenient. The modern air-conditioned rooms with river views were superb, especially the private balcony where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The wooden floor in the local style room added a touch of authenticity. The hotel offers free WiFi throughout the property, which was a big plus for me to stay connected. One highlight of my stay was the complimentary use of bicycles and bike hire offered by the hostel. It was a great way to explore the surroundings and immerse myself in the local culture.

Quiet area in front of the hotel. The food and staff of the property. Hotel location was just a walk down to royal palace museum. I was able to see river from my balcony.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return. The location was great, with Tamarind nearby, where I could eat. Room met every demand...

Everything. This place is absolutely FANTASTIC !!! The staff, the location, the service, the room....everything. Seriously, I am normally very critical so I will not easily be this positive but there was absolutely nothing negative about our stay here. And an especially BIG thank you to Mr. Ono, he is the best . He will become a big boss one day, am sure

We had a lovely stay at this charming riverside hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The breakfast terrace overlooking the river was a highlight. Despite some minor maintenance issues, the cozy rooms were comfortable. The staff, especially Tom, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Luang Prabang.

For the price we paid, we received great value and had a wonderful room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street and all the attractions. The staff at the hotel, especially Tom the manager, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
